Product Description:

The MAY-18 Axis series is an intelligent and flexible bending center that relies on the pressing arm feeding method. It is manufactured to the highest of standards, in the form of a three-axis and three motor-enhanced machine.
It fits perfectly with mesh, corrugated, hollow and a variety of flat or special-shaped workpieces. It is also equipped with a CNC control for the adjustment of deformation compensation, yielding a higher comprehensive bending speed as a result of increased bending panel thickness.
The MAY-18 Axis series' unique features include a fast release and fast installation type upper press tooling.

Features:

The method of feeding is pressing arm, and the positioning mechanism used is Y axis double lift automatic positioning tools. This machine is equipped with 18 standard axes in order to process thick sheets of metal, such as stainless steel, aluminum panel, cold panel and other metal materials of 0.35-3mm.
The maximum panel size for this machine is 3200x1500mm, and the types of material it deals with are mesh, corrugated, hollow and all kinds of flat panel or special shaped of work piece. Its functions include automatic reposition, oblique reposition; Improved C axis rotation speed and accuracy; Standard power hinge knife, and the use of a special tooling structure with pneumatic upper pressing tooling in order to bend thicker panels.
