The MAY-18 Axis Series: Intelligent and Flexible Bending CentreThe MAY-18 Axis series is an efficient and flexible bending centre
that uses the pressing arm feeding method. Possessing three axis
and three motors, this machine follows the standard of
high-precision machine tools. Additionally, the MAY-18 Axis series
works with mesh, corrugated, hollow, and other flat shapes and
special shaped work pieces.
Its CNC control allows for adjusting the deflection compensation
while also increasing the thickness of the bending panel. As a
result, the comprehensive bending speed of the MAY-18 Axis series
is increased. Furthermore, the machine applies fast release and
fast installation type upper press tooling.
Features:
The feeding method of this machinery is pressing arm. The positioning method is Y axis double lift automatic positioning tools, equipped with
18 standard axis in total. It is suitable for various metal
materials, including stainless steel, aluminum panel, cold panel
and other metal materials. It can handle metal sheets with
thickness range from 0.35-3mm, and the maximum panel size it can process is 3200*1500mm. Any panel with mesh, corrugated or
hollow and even special shaped work pieces are considered to be
within its processing scope.
The machine has multiple functional features, such as automatic reposition, oblique reposition, improved C axis
rotation speed and accuracy, standard power hinge knife, as well as
special tooling structure and pneumatic upper pressing tooling. All
these features make it capable to handle thicker panel.
