The MAY-18 Axis series is an intelligent bending center that has a pressing arm feeding method. This machine was designed and developed with a standard for high-precision machining tools. It is equipped with three axis and three motors, allowing it to deal with various shape or sized objects such as mesh, corrugated, hollow or flat ones. It also has a CNC control for deflection adjustment, which allows it to increase panel thickness at a quicker speed.
This series is also equipped with a rapid detach and rapid installation system for the upper press tooling, providing the users with more convenience as well. All in all, the MAY-18 Axis series is a highly efficient and precise bending center with three different functions.

Features:

Our advanced metal stamping equipment is equipped with a pressing arm for feeding, as well as Y axis double lift automatic positioning tools for positioning. With 18 standard axes, it is suitable for various of metal materials, such as stainless steel, aluminum panel, cold panel and others, with a thickness ranging from 0.35 to 3mm. The panel size can reach up to 3200*1500mm. Additionally, it is also capable to work with special shapes of work pieces, such as mesh, corrugated, and hollow ones.
Moreover, the intelligent machine also possesses several additional features, such as Automatic reposition, oblique reposition, improved C axis rotation speed and accuracy, standard power hinge knife, and special tooling structure along with pneumatic upper pressing tooling. These powerful functions enable the machine to bend even thicker panel.
