Product Description:

The MAY-18 Axis series is an intelligent flexible bending center that adopts the pressing arm feeding method, which is equipped with three axis and three motors. The machine is designed and produced according to the requirements of high-precision machine tools. It is capable of processing mesh, corrugated, hollow and various flat or special shaped work pieces. Additionally, the deflection compensation can be adjusted via CNC control, effectively extending the bending panel thickness and increasing the comprehensive bending speed. And lastly, it is also applied with fast release and fast installation type upper press tooling.

Features:

We are offering a pressing arm as a feeding method and Y axis double lift automatic positioning tools as a positioning method. The standard axis quantity is 18. It is suitable for stainless steel, aluminum panel, cold panel and other metal materials. There is a metal sheet thickness range from 0.35-3mm. The panel size can reach a maximum of 3200*1500mm. It is suitable for mesh, corrugated, hollow and all kinds of flat panel or special shaped of work piece. Moreover, this method has a lot of funcitons, such as automatic reposition, oblique reposition, improved C axis rotation speed and accuracy, standard power hinge knife, special tooling structure and pneumatic upper pressing tooling, which can bending more thicker panel.
