Product Description
This flat ribbon cable connector assembly is designed for compact and reliable signal transmission between PCBs, control panels and electronic modules. Multi-core
copper wires are arranged in a parallel ribbon structure to keep impedance
stable and minimize crosstalk between pins, making it suitable for low-current power and digital or analog signals.
Both ends are terminated with female terminals in precision-molded housings, allowing easy mating with board
headers or other cable assemblies. The 2.54 mm pitch is compatible with a wide range of standard PCB headers used in
industrial control, instrumentation, and server hardware. Uniform cable bending and low profile help optimize
routing in narrow spaces such as 1U chassis or embedded systems.
Pin count, cable length, wire gauge, and connector layout can all
be tailored for OEM customization, including special keying, locking features or mixed signal / power connector designs for automation, medical devices and light automotive electronics.

Precautions
Ensure the female housing matches the header pitch and orientation on the PCB before installation.
This product is optimized for low-current signal and light power loads; avoid using it for high-current lines
unless specified in the design.
Do not sharply bend or twist the ribbon close to the connectors, as this may stress the terminals and conductors.
Secure the harness with clips or cable ties to prevent vibration
from loosening the mating connector.
Custom options such as different colors, shielding for
EMI-sensitive circuits, or mixed male/female ends are available for
project orders.
