Product Description
This power cable uses a ring terminal on one end and a flat blade
tab connector on the other end to create a reliable, low-resistance
electrical path for DC power distribution. The tinned copper
conductor and tin-plated terminals provide stable performance under
continuous current, while the red insulated wire clearly indicates
positive power in automotive and industrial systems.
The cable harness is designed for flexible routing and easy
installation in compact spaces. It can be customized by connector
size, wire gauge, cable length, labeling and insulation material to
match different PCB layouts, battery modules, power supplies and
electronic controller designs.

Applications
Connecting battery packs to DC busbars, inverters and power
distribution boards
Grounding and bonding between chassis, enclosure and PCB power
terminals
Power wiring inside automotive, motorcycle or off-road vehicle
electrical systems
Internal wiring for UPS units, industrial power supplies and server
cabinets
Low-voltage DC power connection in renewable energy and storage
systems
Precautions
Confirm current, voltage and temperature requirements before
selecting wire gauge and connector size.
Ensure ring terminal and flat blade tab are matched to the correct
stud size and mating connector to avoid loose contacts.
Tighten all screw or nut fasteners to the specified torque and
check periodically in high-vibration environments.
Avoid routing the cable across sharp edges or hot surfaces; use
protective sleeves or clamps where necessary.
Disconnect power before installation or maintenance and verify
polarity (positive/negative) to prevent damage to electronic
equipment.
