Product Description
This DC battery cable assembly uses a tinned copper power wire with a flat tab connector on one side and
a ring terminal connector on the other, providing a robust solution for high-current DC power
transmission. The crimped terminals are protected with heat-shrink
tubing to enhance mechanical strength and insulation performance.
The cable jacket is made from flame-retardant PVC or XLPE, offering good flexibility, abrasion resistance and electrical
insulation in demanding electrical and electronic systems.
Tin-plated terminals and conductor surfaces ensure low contact resistance and long-term corrosion resistance, even in humid or vibration-prone environments.
As a professional wire harness and connector manufacturer, we
support full customization of wire gauge, length, connector type, terminal
size and labeling, to match different PCB layouts, power distribution blocks,
automotive batteries, photovoltaic combiner boxes, server power
shelves and other applications.

Applications
Connection between battery packs and DC busbars, circuit breakers or power distribution units
Solar energy storage systems, DC combiner boxes and inverter DC input wiring
Automotive and off-road vehicles for starter battery, auxiliary battery or chassis grounding
connections
Industrial power supplies, UPS systems and telecom base station DC cabinets
Custom electrical cabinets and low-voltage DC panels requiring reliable high-current
connector cable assemblies
Precautions
Confirm rated current, wire gauge and connector size according to your system design to avoid overheating.
Ensure all mating screws, studs or busbar tabs are clean and tightened to the specified torque for a secure electrical connection.
Avoid routing the cable across sharp edges or high-temperature
zones; use protective sleeves or clamps where necessary.
Follow local electrical safety standards and grounding regulations during installation and maintenance.
If you require special environmental performance (outdoor,
oil-resistant, high-temperature, halogen-free, etc.), please
specify so we can select the appropriate cable and connector
materials.
