Product Description
This board-to-board PCB connector is designed for compact,
high-reliability signal transmission between stacked or parallel
circuit boards. A single row of gold-plated mating pads provides
stable, low-loss contact for digital and analog signals, while
tin-plated solder tails ensure strong mechanical retention and easy
assembly onto standard PCBs.
The high-temperature, UL94V-0 housing maintains dimensional
stability during reflow or wave soldering and offers excellent
insulation performance in harsh industrial and automotive
environments. Flexible customization of pitch, pin count and
connector height allows the design to be adapted to different
control boards, communication modules and power-assist circuits.

Precautions
Design PCB pad layout according to the recommended footprint to
guarantee correct coplanarity and solder joint reliability.
Do not exceed the specified current and voltage ratings; apply
suitable derating in high-temperature or densely packed enclosures.
Avoid twisting or side loading when mating and unmating; always
align boards before pressing to prevent bent terminals.
Keep the gold mating area clean and free from flux, dust or oil to
maintain low contact resistance and stable signal quality.
For applications with strong vibration or shock, combine this
connector with mechanical board supports or screws for additional
reinforcement.
