Process
The medicament is conveyed through the system in a specific manner
with the curling edge positioned at the top and cone head cap
positioned at the bottom. The rubber stopper and curling edge
quality are checked while being transported through the auger.
Next, the medicament is rotated 180° to position the cone head cap
at the top and conveyed to the bottle feeding dial, where a cone
head cap is placed and detected by three cameras positioned at 120°
intervals. Upon passing through the quality inspection station, the
medicament is inspected and rotated to ensure a full 360°
inspection. Moving forward, the medicament passes through foreign
body detection stations to detect any foreign objects or liquid
levels. Upon leaving the bottle, the medicament is turned 180°
using the bottle out auger and fence to position the cone head cap
downward and proceed through the separation process. Any defective
bottles are rejected on the bottle dial.
Characteristic
This machine boasts full servo drive technology, ensuring a high
level of precision during operation.
Its use of servo bottle and brake systems eliminates mechanical
wear and provides the added benefit of allowing for customized
rotation start and stop angles.
The machine houses a total of 60 screw bottle heads, which are
divided into 20 groups of three and driven by corresponding servo
motors.
Unique in its design, the patented bottle clamping method ensures
bottles remain centered and eliminates the formation of air
bubbles.
Waste removal is achieved via vacuum suction through three
channels, which sort qualified and unqualified products to prevent
confusion.
To further enhance its capabilities, the machine also features 17
German basler cameras and 2 Advantech industrial computers. The
planetary reducer used in conjunction with the servo motor offers

Security system
The equipment is outfitted with a cutting-edge ozone catalytic and
emission device.
Located at both the front and rear of the machine are emergency
stop switches.
Additionally, the entirety of the equipment is encompassed by an
anti-electromagnetic radiation film for added safety.
This equipment has built-in overload protection and automatically
shuts off when abnormal work is detected. Furthermore, there is an
automatic stop function that is activated when the door is opened.
Lastly, both the orbital water droplets and electro-acupuncture water droplets will cease operation and power down automatically.
