Because of the active hydrogen of the end hydroxyl is replaced by the acetyl, so reaction of the hydroxyl with siloxane bond is avoid when have the hydrosilation reaction. The viscosity is reduced effectively and the the effective content is increased. It improve the quality of the polyether modified silicone oil and greatly reduce the incidence of adverse reaction. With low foam, strong lipophilic, low flow point, low viscosity, enhance the stability in acid and alkali, the oxidation stability & heat resistance and Anti-coking are good. It also can biodegradable etc. This product mainly used in the foam stabilizing agent for polyPolyPOLYETHER modified silicone of polyurethane industry; It also can be used in coating leveling agent. It mainly can reduce the surface tension, so the coating is easy to spread on the surface of the material, so that the coating is uniform. The allyl alcohol acetyl end capped polyether modified silicone also has applications in chemical fiber oil formulations.
