The Full Automatic Radiator Core Wire Tying Machine is a special equipment for automobile condenser , radiator and evaporatorcore to prevent deformation during brazing and core tying. The equipment is easy to operate, easy to adjust and has high efficiency. It is suitable for continuous production in medium and small batches.

This Evaporator Core Bundling Wire Tying Machine a semi-automatic special machine tool for automatic clamping, wire feeding and tying. The core is manually taken away. The equipment is controlled by PLC programmable controller. It has two operation functions: automatic and manual. It can be used for tying the core of different sizes by manual adjustment of relevant parts.

1. Structure

The Full Automatic Radiator Core Wire Tying Machinee is comprised of machine body, wire rack, protection frame, tensioning device, wire feeding device, rotating device, wire conveying device, operation box, pneumatic system and electrical control system.

• wire rack: comprised of bearing seat, bearing, shaft, servo motor, reducer, pneumatic cylinder, etc. The pneumatic cylinder provides convenience for replacing the wire coil.

• Storage device: comprised of frame, fixation roller, linear shaft, flexible roller. The steel wire moves upward along the linear shaft together with the flexible roller.

• Wire feeding device: comprised of installation seat, bearing, pressing cap, rotation roller, coupler, servo motor, pressing roller, linear rail, pneumatic cylinder, etc. The pneumatic cylinder drives pressing roller to press the steel wire on the rotating roller along the linear rail. The servo motor and the coupler drive the rotation roller to move clockwise and anti-clockwise to finish wire feeding and collection.
• Straightening device: the steel wire after the storage device and wire feeding device will get bent. The steel wire after straightening device will not get stuck during tying process.

• Tying mechanism: the rotating power system is composed of motor bracket, servo motor, gear and wheel, and the forward and backward power system is composed of cylinder connecting rod, cylinder and cylinder bracket. Rotating system is composed of bearing base, bearing, driven gear fixed cutter, and rotating shaft to complete steel wire binding action. The cutting and clamping system is composed of sliding shaft, connecting rod, pin shaft, upper and lower splints, guide pipe, movable cutter and miniature guide rail. The pneumatic cylinder moves forward to complete steel wire cutting and clamping action. The pneumatic cylinder moves backward and the upper and lower clamping plate unfastens.

There are three position waiting positions:

Waiting position (wire traveling position)

Final position (during tying, the steel wire is tightened and tying mechanism moves along)

C type wire traveling mechanism:

1. It is made up of C type wire traveling device to wrap steel wire around core
2. The wire recognition system is composed of cylinder, linear guide rail, slide board and pneumatic finger. The wire reaches the specified position by the wire traveling mechanism and waits for cut-off.

Wire fixing device:when the core is wrapped with steel wire, the end of the steel wire is random. The fixing device can make sure that the steel wire is wound in the prescribed position to prevent the bundling position shifting, inadequate wire length and loose bundling.

Movable work table: The work table is comprised of power system and worktable. The power system is comprised of servo motor, synchronous belt with synchronous pulley, ball screw, and linear rail. The movable worktable consists of sliding plate, front and rear support plate, horizontal linear rail, fastening rod, fastening block and pneumatic cylinder. The position of front support plate is fixed, and the back support plate can be adjusted to suit different core sizes. The servo table moves the movable work table to determine the tying position.

Body: It consists of square steel welded frame and table plate. The machine body is divided into front and back part. The front part is equipped with material rack, storage device, wire feeding mechanism (straightening device), tying mechanism and electronic control cabinet; the back part is equipped with C-type wire feeding mechanism (fixing device), movable table, and button box.

clamping mechanism: comprised of cylinder, linear guide rail, slide plate, clamping plate. The pneumatic cylinder moves upward to clamp the core body, and make the tying tight.
