How Does an Airless Bottle Work?

The key is a unique two-chamber system with a piston:

1. The Dispenser Pump: This is the top part you press down on. It creates the pressure to push the product out.

2. The Product Chamber: This is where your cream or serum sits, located above the piston.

3. The Piston/Diaphragm: This is a tight-fitting disc at the bottom of the product chamber. It creates a seal.

4. The Bottom Platform: This is the part you see at the very bottom of the bottle. It moves upward as the product is used.

The Mechanism in Action:

• When you press the pump, product is forced out through the nozzle.

• This creates a vacuum in the product chamber.

• To equalize the pressure, the bottom platform moves upward, pushing the piston with it.

• This piston pushes the remaining product toward the pump, ensuring no empty space (and therefore no air) is left inside.

• The result: 100% of the product is dispensed, and air never touches the contents.
