drum to rotate, causing the part to repeatedly tumble and fall
inside. The plating solution circulates through the micropores,
covering the workpiece surface. Metal ions are evenly deposited
under the action of the electric field.
An external rectifier (50-200A DC power supply) and filter pump (PP
high-precision filter element) maintain the activity of the plating
solution and reduce residual impurities.

I. Core Drum Structure
1. Drum Body
Material: Made of acid- and alkali-resistant PP sheet or
transparent acrylic, with a temperature resistance range of ≤80°C.
Uniformly distributed 1-5mm micropores on the drum wall ensure
penetration of the plating solution and full contact with the
workpiece surface.
Design: Capacity ranges from 200-580 liters, supporting
cylindrical or bell-shaped configurations. Customizable pore
diameters and dimensions are available (e.g., diameters from
120-300mm, lengths from 140-580mm).
Conductive Device: Built-in gravity-loaded cathode contacts
connect to an external DC power supply via conductive hooks,
ensuring stable current transmission.
2. Sealed Door
Equipped with a pneumatic or mechanical latch for quick sealing to
prevent plating solution leakage. Integrated conductive contacts on
the inside of the door complete the electrical circuit with the
cathode inside the drum.
