HT19 Silicon Piezoresistive Pressure SensorIntroduction:HT19 is a silicon piezoresistive pressure sensor featuring a highly

1. Core-to-Housing Fit: Ensure the core size is compatible with the transmitter housing
prior to assembly to achieve the required level of airtightness.
2. Housing Assembly: During assembly, maintain vertical alignment of the housing and
apply even, controlled pressure to prevent jamming or damage to the
compensation plate.
3. Media Compatibility: Verify that the measured medium is chemically compatible with the
core diaphragm and housing material (316L stainless steel). If
compatibility is not guaranteed, you must provide special
instructions at the time of order placement.
4. Diaphragm Protection: Never touch the sensor diaphragm with fingers or sharp objects.
The diaphragm is extremely sensitive and can be permanently damaged
by deformation or piercing.
5. Gauge Pressure Reference: For gauge pressure cores, the pressure port must remain open to
atmospheric pressure. Take care to prevent moisture, water vapor,
or any corrosive media from entering the negative pressure chamber.
6. Electrical Connections: Always refer to the wiring label attached to the actual core for
pin lead connections. Do not rely on external documentation if the
pin configuration has been modified.
