each time. During continuous full-load operation (e.g., 8 hours or
more), the equipment runs stably without jitter; its repeat
positioning accuracy reaches ±0.02mm, a level that fully meets the
strict standards for fine patterns (such as lines with a width of
less than 0.1mm) and multi-color overprinting (with overprint error
controlled within 0.03mm).
Operation is flexible and convenient: it is equipped with a fixed
high-definition touch screen for on-site intuitive operation and
parameter modification, plus a mobile wireless tablet control
system for remote monitoring of equipment status and adjustment of
process parameters. Combined with an exclusive remote service
module, engineers can perform maintenance tasks like fault
diagnosis and program upgrades without being on-site, greatly
improving operation and maintenance efficiency.
Core electrical components are all carefully selected from
international first-tier renowned brands such as Schneider and
Omron, covering key parts including electromagnetic relays,
photoelectric sensors, programmable logic controller (PLC) modules,
and servo drives. All components must undergo strict quality
inspection and performance testing before leaving the factory,
including high-low temperature environmental adaptability testing,
continuous load operation stability testing, and anti-interference
capability verification. This rigorous screening ensures that the
equipment maintains stable and reliable performance even in

SRS566 CNC Tubular UV Screen Printing Machine is a fully automatic
four-color device, optimized for fine printing on cosmetic and
skincare hoses. Its core advantage is precise four-color
overprinting, capable of rendering rich colors and smooth
gradients, suitable for complex designs like brand color logos,
gradient patterns, and detailed ingredient lists.
It applies to various cylindrical or slightly tapered hoses (e.g.,
facial cleansers, serums, lotions, creams, sunscreens), handling
curved fine printing on PE, PP, composite materials, etc. The UV
curing system ensures strong adhesion, friction resistance
(adapting to frequent squeezing during use), and a smooth, high-end
finish, meeting cosmetics' strict requirements for vivid colors,
