Military PCB Manufacturing Process

3. Lamination & Drilling: Stacking and bonding all layers under pressure, followed by
precise drilling of holes (vias).

reliable Plated Through-Holes (PTH).
5. Outer Layer Patterning & Etching: Defining the final external circuitry and then etching away excess
copper.
6. Finishing & Test: Applying solder mask and military-grade surface finishes (e.g.,
ENIG), followed by mandatory 100% Electrical Testing (E-test) and
final inspection.
