This production line is an anodizing treatment system designed specifically for small and medium-sized aluminum profile processing enterprises, with a stable monthly production capacity of 150 tons. Adopting modular design, oxidation, coloring, sealing and other process steps can be flexibly configured according to customer needs, suitable for surface treatment of aluminum profiles in multiple fields such as building decoration, electronic appliances, hardware products, etc.

Oxide film thickness: 5-25 μ m (± 1 μ m error)

Power specifications: DC 12-24V, current density 1-3A/dm ²

Production line size: customized according to production capacity (usually 30-80 meters)

Applicable profiles: 6063, 6061, 7075 and other aluminum alloys.
