1.Introduction

The Anti-siphon testing machine is designed to meet the test requirements of IEC60335-1 clause 22.48 and IEC61770 annex A, for verifying the backsiphonage performance of hose-sets of household and similar purpose appliances at critical water level. The test is to Simulate the equipment being subjected to a negative pressure of 65±15 kPa for 5 seconds, then verify whether there is any leakage or backflow in the check valve accessories.
