Sungallon's TPE Granules for overmolding with PC/ABS are primarily SEBS-based, available in milk-white standard color with custom black or other colors upon request, compatible for overmolding with PC, ABS, PETG, PCTG, PET via injection molding and two-shot injection processes. Applications include tools, stationery, watch straps, and phone protectors.

GP310-5503 grade with Shore A hardness 55 (ASTM D2240), specific gravity 1.05 (ASTM D792), tensile strength 4.5 MPa (ASTM D412), elongation 600%; GP310-8003 grade hardness 80, specific gravity 1.06, tensile strength 6.5 MPa, elongation 400%. Both grades feature natural white appearance and comply with ROHS, REACH, BPA-free, Phthalates-free, Halogen-free, EN71-3 standards.

Processing conditions:

165-200℃ (not exceeding 210℃).
