Shaanxi Zhongxing Casting and Forging Co., Ltd is established in July 1997, which is a large private enterprise
in northwest China specializing in producing alloy iron castings,
steel castings and ductile iron castings. Our company covers an
area of nearly 35000 square meters, with a 12000 square meters main
workshop. Our company is able to produce more than 800 tons molten
steel and 500 tons castings per month. Our products mainly export
to North American, Western Europe, Mid East, etc. Our company has
got ISO9001:2008 quality management system certification in July
2010.
Our company has a series of the necessary manufacturing equipment
for Smelting, Molding, Heat treating, Testing and Cleaning.
Smelting equipment: one 3-ton intermediate frequency furnace, two
2-ton intermediate frequency furnaces.
Molding equipment: two stations “V-process” molding machine with
filming machine, drying machine, sands filling machine and
vibration table, “V-process” molding flask, “V-process” vacuum
system.
Heat treatment equipment: two heat treatment furnaces with
auto-tilting cart, one type of P103-480-1, the effective area is
3600 × 2000 × 2000, one type of RT-220-12, the effective area is
2500 × 1500 × 550, and a quenching pool with 6m × 4m × 6m.
Testing equipment: Oxford direct-reading spectrometer, casting sand
tester, arc carbon meter, hardness tester, ultrasonic testing
detector, etc.
Machining equipment: 130 boring machine, 4M milling machine, 5M
Horizontal Lathe, 80 radial drilling machine, etc.
Cleaning equipment: a shot blasting machine with 10 tons hoisting
hook.
Our products are mainly used in aluminum industry such as ingot
mold, sow mold, dross pan, etc. The main materials are ASTM A217
series and AISI 8630 series. Other products are also used in
smelting industry, hydraulic power industry such as stainless steel
turbine or blade, wind power industry such as wind turbine hub,
thermal power industry such as valve body and shell, mechanical
industry, mining industry, oil industry such as pump, gear, box,
etc.
There are almost 150 people work in our company, including 2
casting senior engineers, 2 smelting senior engineers, 3 casting
engineers, 3 smelting engineers, 3 economists and 3 accountants and
so on. Most of our engineers have more than 25 years working
experience. 80% of our front-line workers have worked in our
company for more than 9 years.
