LS-R large fixed beam gantry processing machine tool mold/parts batch processing
The LS-R series machine tools adopt a combination of heavy-duty roller linear guides and sliding guides. On the basis of retaining the high-speed and high-precision linear guide configuration of the X and Y axes, they are equipped with a fully surrounded four-sided hard rail configuration of the Z-axis slide, and the hard rail surface has been widened and lengthened. The heavy-cutting capacity of the machine tool has been significantly improved: the combination of "two linear and one hard" can not only meet the strong cutting processing of parts under various working conditions, but also the machine tool has stable performance and good precision retention.
