Product Description:

The vibration motor is manufactured from high-strength, stable materials. The flexible voice coil motor features short response times, high vibration frequencies, and excellent consistency and stability. The voice coil motor-driven flexible vibrating feeder employs specialized drive control technology to achieve part forward/backward movement, flipping, dispersion, and aggregation. The flexible feeding mechanism integrates an adjustable backlight source, enabling vibration-based feeding, automated visual system control, and automated machine-picking system operation.

In endoscopic robots, the vibration motor primarily serves as a haptic feedback device, translating virtual and digital information into perceptible physical sensations. When the physician operates the handle, they feel vibrations of varying intensity or patterns transmitted through the handle (e.g., stronger or higher-frequency vibrations as proximity to hazardous areas increases). This provides proactive safety protection, effectively preventing accidental tissue damage.

Microforce sensors integrated at the robotic instrument tip measure the force between the instrument and tissue. Upon detecting contact, the system maps the magnitude of the contact force to the intensity of vibration from the handle's vibration motor. When the instrument tip lightly touches tissue, the handle produces subtle vibrations; when pressing firmly against tissue, vibrations intensify. This partially restores “tactile feedback,” helping surgeons perform delicate procedures with greater precision—such as tissue dissection or suture knotting—by enabling finer force control.

The vibration motor can simulate different textures. As the instrument scans across varied areas, the physician perceives distinct vibration patterns through the handle, aiding in tissue characterization. Though still in the research phase, this technology holds significant potential.

Vibration motors are also the preferred choice for tactile feedback systems in modern endoscopic robotic surgery, particularly suited for scenarios requiring high-frequency, precise vibration cues.
