The MBF64-11 medium-temperature box furnace uses silicon carbide rods inserted in ceramic tubes as heating elements, which are resistant to acid and alkali corrosion. The heating elements are arranged vertically, ensuring uniform temperature distribution in the furnace chamber. It is easy to operate and suitable for various laboratory processes.

Primarily used for degassing, sintering, and curing processes of LTCC, glass, electronic components, electronic ceramics, and similar products.

• The equipment must be installed indoors, with an ambient temperature of 0℃ to 40℃ and humidity ≤80% RH, in an environment free of flammable gases, corrosive gases, and steam.
• Ventilation system: Non-contact connection to the user's exhaust system, with an exhaust capacity greater than 10m³/h.
• The power supply for this furnace must be a three-phase five-wire AC power line, 380±10% V, 50±2% Hz. This power line is dedicated, and high-power conversion equipment such as welding machines, electric furnaces, and metal-cutting machine tools should not be connected to this distribution.
• The equipment must be reliably grounded.
• The working pressure of the gas source is 0.2 to 0.4 MPa.
