• Clean, dry compressed air: 0.2～0.4MPa, consumption 2～6m³/h
• High-purity oxygen: same pressure range, consumption 2～6m³/h

Ventilation System: Must connect to user exhaust system with extraction capacity >10m³/h (non-contact connection)

Floor Requirements: Level, vibration-free, load-bearing ≥300kg/m²

Electrical Conditions: 3-phase 5-wire system, capacity ≥34KVA, voltage 220/380V, frequency 50Hz

Installation Space: Minimum area: 2000×3000×1500mm (W×H×D), recommended space >3m²
