Technical parameters and requirements1.The machine is 10 meters long and weighs approximately 1,500
kilograms in total. Machine model: YC-270-R
2. Product pitch: 10mm; Aperture: 2.5mm 28 single-row paper tape
products;
3. Production efficiency: Pitch10 is 180-260pcs/min;
4. Ceramic tile size: Ceramic tile diameter: 7D Sheet thickness:
T≤3.5mm
5. Lead wire specification: φ0.56mm;
6. Wire feeding mold: Prepare a mold of 0.56 specification (on the
assembly table); The maximum length of the paper tape for wire
feeding is 35mm.
7. U-shaped mold for wire feeding: The width of the U-shaped mold
is F5mm, with a total of 1 set (installed on the machine). One
straight foot forming fixture is provided (the forming fixture is
in accordance with our company's drawings)
8. Alignment mechanism: Composed of five sets of V-shaped bearings,
with 13 in each set;
9. Paper tape size: The three-in-one paper tape is
14.5x0.85mmx1000m. The three-in-one paper tape rack is equipped
with a sensor to control the motor for feeding.
10. Tape size: 6mm tape rack with sensor alarm prompt. The tape is
pressed into a mold. Wire feeding mechanism: It is equipped with an
automatic stop for wire feeding when the lead wire is used up
Wire mechanism;
11. Wire alignment die: Equipped with a cutting die with a width of
18mm. This die can be adjusted front and back.
12. Wire flattening die: A flattening die with a width of 16mm is
provided. This die is a heavy-duty type and can be adjusted front
and back.
13. The machine is equipped with two sets of forming mechanisms:
floating feet and parallel feet. It is also provided with a mold
for the height of the floating feet at 0.2mm and a mold for the H
value of the parallel feet at 1.9mm.
It can be adjusted forward and backward.
14. Linear forming mold mounting base: The foot shape meets the
requirements for right-angle and curved mold installation.
15. Gold mold: When signing the technical agreement, Party A shall
clearly specify the relevant line drawings or samples for the
production of the mold, with a total of 1 set of molds.
16. The lead tensioning mechanism is of a downward pressure type
structure, and the magnitude of its force changes by adjusting the
depth of downward pressure.
17. Embossing drive wheel of the first divider; The second divider
is driven by a needle wheel.
18. Flux application: Direct drop application of flux, with a
structure to prevent flux volatilization, and equipped with a flux
flow detection switch to prevent the formation of empty flux
Welding. If no flux flows out, the wire feeding will be stopped and
the sheet suction will be stopped. Information will be displayed on
the screen.
19. Insert mechanism; The lead wire opening adjustment piece is
located above the machine. It is driven by an internal CAM, and the
divider drives the paper belt. The chip platform for inserting
chips floats up and down pneumatically
Move. Feeding mechanism: Direct hopper, discharge and horizontal
feeding. There is a material switch detection control action.
20. Preheating and soldering: Horizontal preheating tanks, each
896mm long in two groups. One tank is for dip soldering, and the
solder tank is used to solder two products at a time. There are two
preheating sections in total, and one tank is for dip soldering.
The solder tank adopts three heating units. The temperature control
meter is of Taibang brand. The preheating tank is resistant to heat
deformation at 400°C and can be manually or automatically entered
and left. A set of heating tubes is configured with heating tubes
of different specifications.
21. Rack protection layer: Preheated molten tin outer
high-temperature single-layer glass cover;
22. The machine frame is made by welding plates, the machine panel
is blue baked paint, and the electrical control panel is made of
acrylic silk-screen printing. The weak and strong currents of the
machine are independently controlled.
23. Noise: The heavy-duty transmission of the machine adopts spiral
bevel gear transmission and synchronous belt transmission, with
noise reduction design.
24. Machine warranty period: One-year warranty period. Except for
human factors and natural disasters, all other factors are within
the one-year warranty period and will be replaced and maintained in
a timely manner.
25. Power usage: AC380V, 50HZ; Air source: 5kg/cm; Total power
Approximately 16KW.
26. All the vulnerable parts of this machine are included. Spare
parts and related component drawings will be provided.
