Product Description

These elements can be used up to near melting point temperatures in hydrogen or dissociated ammonia atmospheres, and operate stably up to 2000°C in nitrogen environments. Our precision CNC machining technology ensures dimensional accuracy and surface finish of each element, providing excellent creep resistance and dimensional stability at high temperatures.
The core advantage of molybdenum alloy heating elements lies in their high-temperature strength. When operating temperatures exceed 1700°C, we recommend using TZM alloy or molybdenum-lanthanum alloy with higher recrystallization temperatures and better strength. These materials, processed through unique powder metallurgy and doping technologies, significantly increase recrystallization temperature, avoiding premature failure caused by recrystallization embrittlement of conventional molybdenum materials at high temperatures.
