Detailed photos

1. What makes HP MJF with PA12 a cost-effective choice?
HP MJF technology is designed for the lowest cost per part. It
minimizes waste by reusing up to 80% of surplus powder batch after
batch, significantly reducing your total cost of ownership compared
to other 3D printing methods.
2. Are the printed parts strong and durable?
Yes. Parts printed with HP High Reusability PA 12 are robust and
high-density, offering excellent mechanical properties, including
high tensile strength, good impact resistance, and superior
chemical resistance to oils, greases, and alkalies.
3. Do you offer material certifications?
Absolutely. We use genuine HP PA12 material, which is certified for
Biocompatibility (meets USP Class I-VI and US FDA guidance for
Intact Skin Surface Devices), RoHS, and EU REACH. Full
documentation is available upon request.
4. What is the maximum build size you can print?
Our standard printing service offers a build volume of 800 x 600 x 1205 mm, compatible with the HP Jet Fusion 4200/4210 series. This is ideal
for a wide range of part sizes and small-batch production.
5. What file formats do you accept, and what is your typical lead
time?
We accept standard 3D file formats, including STL, OBJ, and 3MF. Our typical lead time from file approval to shipment is 3-7 business days, depending on the order volume and post-processing requirements.
