Product Description
ACEY-BCT503-256H is used for battery formation, capacity measurement and performance parameter testing, etc. It is a master-slave type battery comprehensive testing system composed of a computer and a single-chip microcomputer. Its structure is advanced, performance is reliable, operation is convenient, efficiency is high, and it has an extremely high cost-performance ratio. It is an indispensable production testing equipment for lithium battery manufacturers, capacity measurement manufacturers and research institutions.
Product Features
1. Each battery has an independent constant current and constant
voltage source, ensuring stability without any shocks.
2. The equipment is controlled by an AVR microcontroller and
operates in conjunction with a computer. It can save all test data
and curves, and can also be operated directly through the device's
keyboard panel. The setting process completes the test and performs
sorting.
3. Real-time detection and display of each battery's status. If
there is any abnormality, the corresponding channel will stop
working and the indicator light will illuminate.
4. It has a power-off protection function. After power is restored,
it can continue to run according to the original workflow.
5. The power transistor uses a field-effect transistor, suitable
for batteries with lower voltage discharge, such as lithium iron
phosphate batteries.
6. It adopts a graphical operation interface, which is clear and
intuitive. It simultaneously displays data such as battery voltage,
current, time, and capacity, and can set different colors to
indicate the corresponding working status and abnormal conditions.
