Core Functions
Precise Door Motor Motion Control
Receive operation commands from elevator mainboard, adjust output voltage and frequency to control door motor speed, realizing stable acceleration, uniform movement and gentle stop during door opening and closing.
Obstacle Anti-Pinch Response
Detect abnormal load during door closing. When resistance is sensed, the board triggers automatic door reversal to avoid clamping passengers.
Safety Status Signal Feedback
Transmit door fully open / fully closed status signals to elevator main controller. The elevator can only start running after receiving confirmed door lock signals.
Flexible Parameter Debugging
Support adjustment of door opening speed, closing speed, hold time and sensitivity via debug tool to match different elevator cabin and door mechanical conditions.
