Reflective Powder Road Line Marking Thermoplastic Road Marking Paint Standard AASHTO M 249 Standard For Road Marking

Thermoplastic road marking material is with advantages of fast dry, easy execute, high reflection, and long service life.

Thermoplastic marking paint is mainly used on road and highways. The thickness of this marking paint is (1.0 ~ 2.5) mm. The paint is mixed with reflective glass beads, or drop on reflective glass beads while marking construction. This kind of marking line has good night-time reflective performance and long service life. It is estimated according to the demand for various road marking coatings for the construction of large highways with traffic flow. It depends on the quality of the coating itself and generally can reach 2 ~ 3 years. The application of thermoplastic paint requires special heating equipment. When repainting the old marking line, the thicker old coating must be removed before applying.

Main Materials:

1.Titanium dioxide : Good whiteness, high purity, small particle size, low oil absorption.

2.C5 resin: Outstanding affinity for pigments , good compatibility with EVA , good heat stability.

3.PE wax: Heat resistance , abrasion resistance, as a lubricant, increase paint processing performance.

4.Calcium carbonate: High precise classification, high whiteness.

5.Glass beads: Drop on glass beads , intermix glass bead , we use top brand beads brand , high reflective.

Features

Strong adhesion strength : Resin content is reasonable , and it was added special rubber elastomer in the primer in the primer , so it has strong adhesion strength, if the construction technique is reasonable, no peeling off.

Good cracking resistance : Thermoplastic Paint marking is cracking resistance than normal paint.

Bright color : The paint adopts the color of the highest level with reasonable proportion, so it has good weather resistance and will not change color if long term exposure.

High usage ratio : The major feature of paint is low density , big volume and high usage ratio.

Good dirt resistance : The dosage and quality of PE wax are the key point of impacting the dirt resistance.
