CARBONLESS PAPER(NCR)
Coated Layers: The paper is chemically coated on the back (CB - Coated Back) of the top sheet and the front (CF - Coated Front) of the bottom sheet.
Middle Sheets (CFB): For multi-part forms, intermediate sheets are coated on both sides (CFB - Coated Front and Back).
Pressure Transfer: When written or printed on, the pressure causes a chemical reaction, transferring the image to the sheets below.
NCR Paper (No Carbon Required) – General term for carbonless paper.
CB / CF / CFB Paper – Refers to the coating positions (Coated Back, Coated Front, or both).
Continuous Form Paper – Used in dot-matrix or impact printers for invoices/receipts.
Multi-Ply Business Form Paper – Multi-layered forms for receipts, invoices, contracts.
Auto Copy / Self-Copy Paper – Produces copies instantly without carbon sheets.
