Product Description:

The sand pump is one of the indispensable key equipment in the solid control system of oilfield drilling. ‌Structural composition‌:

The sand pump is mainly composed of key components such as pump body, impeller, pump shaft, and bearings. The pump body, as the main part of the sand pump, is responsible for guiding the sucked liquid to the impeller. The impeller is the core component in the sand pump, which absorbs, compresses and discharges the medium through rotation. The pump shaft connects the impeller and the motor to provide power support for the impeller. Working principle:

The sand pump produced and sold by our company Huichi petro mainly works based on the principle of centrifugal force. When the motor drives the pump shaft to rotate at high speed, the impeller installed on the pump shaft also rotates at high speed. During the rotation of the impeller, the drilling fluid between the blades is affected by the centrifugal force and is thrown from the center of the impeller to the outer edge of the impeller, thereby obtaining greater kinetic energy and pressure energy. At the outer edge of the impeller, the high-speed flowing drilling fluid (or suspension containing sand particles, slag, etc.) enters the pump casing and is sucked into the middle of the impeller through the suction port. During the rotation of the impeller, the drilling fluid is affected by the centrifugal force and is thrown to the outer edge of the impeller, thereby obtaining energy and speed. After continuous guidance by the pump casing, the drilling fluid is finally transported from the discharge port to the working machine, so that the drilling fluid is discharged from the outlet of the pump at a certain pressure. At the same time, a low-pressure area is formed at the center of the impeller, and the external drilling fluid, under the action of atmospheric pressure, continuously enters the impeller through the inlet of the pump, thereby realizing the continuous delivery of the drilling fluid.
