Testing Principle

The principle of this method is not well-known. Hypothesis includes that hydrogen bond forms between

certain parts of elastic fiber and phenolic group of resorcinol in Elastin Stain, consequently the elastic fiber

is stained blue-black. VG stain was used for contrast stain.
