Plastic Bottle Recycling PET Plastic Bottle Crusher Cleaning Line Technology
Introduction:
Plastic bottle recycling PET plastic bottle crusher washing line is
the core equipment in the plastic recycling production line. It is
mainly used to process waste plastics such as PET bottles, HDPE
containers, PP products, etc., remove labels and impurities, and
crush, clean and dry them. Finally, clean plastic fragments are
configured with multi-stage cleaning + friction decontamination to
ensure that the plastic pieces are clean. For subsequent
granulation or direct reuse. Modular structure: sorting and drying

Main machines:
1. Conveying system: feeding conveyor belt

5. Sorting system: sinking and floating separation: use density
differences to separate different plastics (such as PET sinking, PP
floating). Electrostatic sorting: remove residual metal and fine
impurities. Optical sorting: remove heterochromatic plastic pieces
through color recognition.
6. Control system (PLC automatic control): automatic control,
adjustable speed, temperature, water volume and other parameters.
