1. Applicable materials:

SZ3000 is Suitable for packaging of small-sized products such as baked goods, pastries, quick-frozen foods, vegetables, multi-pack combinations, etc.

2. Basic configuration:

2.1 Knife holder mechanism:

Rotary knife sealing mechanism, with a center distance of 132mm (double knife), straight stripes, and a coarse tooth knife holder length of 180mm.the knife holder has 4 stripes.

2.2 Middle seal mechanism:

The middle sealing mechanism is standard with small wheels and single temperature control,Pull paper wheel vertical pattern, paper pulling wheel width of 10mm, pressing wheel for rice pattern, pressing width of 12 mm,optional big wheels.

2.3 The paper-feeding swing lever mechanism is a basic paper-feeding swing lever mechanism (ZW320ET);

2.4 The standard film carrier mechanism is single-roll film carrier (ZW320ET). optional double-roll film carrier;

2.5 The in feed conveyor is a standard belt conveyor with a length of 2000 mm; Is a blue diamond pattern PU belt; with the left and right movable panel ,the panel width is 250mm and the height is 25mm; the height and width of the movable panel can be customized.

2.6 Standard out feed conveyor with wool sweep, length is 540mm.

3.9 Product counting, photoelectric detection, automatic tracking and adjustment of bag length, no manual setting required;

3.10 The whole machine has higher precision and accurate sealing and cutting position;

3.11 The stop position and coding position can be set arbitrarily on the touch screen, just click on it, which is convenient and fast;
