The Fully Automatic Slitting Line with Leveling Machine is a high-precision industrial solution designed for slitting metal coils into narrower strips while ensuring flatness and consistency.

Equipped with an advanced leveling machine, the system effectively removes internal stresses and corrects material flatness before slitting. It can process carbon steel, stainless steel, galvanized steel, and aluminum, accommodating material thicknesses from 0.3mm to 3.0mm and widths up to 1500 mm. The slitting section features high-speed steel blades, ensuring clean and burr-free cuts, while the automatic recoiling system guarantees neatly wound finished strips.

This fully automated system is controlled via a PLC interface, allowing easy operation, precise adjustments, and minimal manual intervention. The production speed can reach 45 meters per minute, making it ideal for high-volume and high-precision slitting applications. The line also includes an edge scrap processing system, improving material utilization and reducing waste.
