Structure and Key Components
Magnetic System:
Permanent Magnet Type: Uses neodymium iron boron (NdFeB) or ferrite magnets with a field strength of 5,000–12,000 Gauss. No external power required, corrosion-resistant.
Electromagnetic Type: Generates adjustable fields (up to 20,000 Gauss) via energized coils, ideal for high-precision separation.
Magnetic Media:
Magnetic Rod Arrays: Parallel rods create dense magnetic zones for low-concentration, fine-particle slurries.
Magnetic Drums: Rotating drums with scrapers or reverse flushing for high-flow slurries.

permanent drawer type grate magnets, rotary grate magnets, dry powder electrical magnetic separator,

slurry electrical magnetic separator, drum, eddy current separators etc. Our products mainly serve the
