The MP plastic blow molding machine is specialized in processing all kinds of plastic hollow products with high molecules. It is designed for producing hollow products ranging from 5 milliliters to 100 liters. These products can include bottles, pots, jars, barrels, toys, tool boxes, bed boards, desk boards, chairs, and auto parts, among others.

Features:

a) The extruding device is equipped with a variable frequency motor that can meet the needs of adjusting the screw rotation during the blowing process. It is possible to use a screw with a high slenderness ratio to process various materials, demonstrating strong plasticizing ability, high production efficiency, and low energy consumption. The barrel features a resistance heater controlled by a computer, ensuring quick, stable, and even heating.

b) By incorporating different heads into a combined extrusion system between two extrusion machines, products with a visible strip line or double layers can be blown.

c) The mould clamping device adopts a toggle type and linear guider, offering a double station with faster and more stable movement of the mould platen.

d) An improved design of the hydraulic oil loop contributes to power savings, rapid operation, and stability.

e) The installation and maintenance of hydraulic elements are made convenient with an easily removable and mobile oil tank.

f) The entire machine is computer-controlled, featuring a hydraulic system employing double proportional control. It includes fault automatic alarm, ensuring reliable operation, high automation, and the ability to store data for up to 40 sets of moulds.

g) Three operation modes – "Manual", "Semi Auto", and "Full Auto" – are available for selection.

h) The safety door is equipped with both electric and mechanical safety devices to prevent mould closing while the safety door is open, enhancing the safety and reliability of the operation.

i) This machine provides two blowing functions: straight cutting and oblique cutting.
