Product Introduction
Copper wire recycling machine, is a professional equipment

High recovery rate
combined with electrostatic separator, the copper recovery rate can
reach more than 99%, basically realizing plastic without copper,
copper without plastic, and improving the utilization rate of
resources.
High automation
1-2 persons can operate it, and the processes of feeding, crushing
and sorting are highly automated, and the control of rotational
speed and feeding part adopts frequency converter, which is
sensitive and efficient.
Excellent cost performance
The purity of the sorted metal copper or aluminum is high, and the
market price is better than that of washed copper; the equipment
has a compact structure, occupies a small area, and is easy to
dismantle and install and maintain.
Waste wire and cable is first crushed into small segments by
shredder, and then into the pulverizer to refine into particles;
followed by vibration wind sorting system, high-precision airflow
sorting or electrostatic sorting, so that the copper particles and
plastics are separated, and ultimately discharged from the
different discharge ports of the pure copper particles and
plastics, and some of the equipment is equipped with a bag dust
collection device, effective control of dust spillage, and high
efficiency of the dust removal.
