A. Application

A test instrument specially used to test the surface tension of a single liquid or the interfacial tension between two liquids. It can quickly/accurately measure the surface tension value of various liquids and display the test results automatically.

It is suitable for the determination of surface tension and oil-water interfacial tension of chemical reagents, surfactants, liquid oils, etc. Use and use in scientific research, industrial testing, teaching and other environments.

B. Performance Characteristics

1. The ring method test method adopts the scientific tension value correction method, that is, standard weight calibration and quasi-substance calibration.

2. The use of integrated molding shell and precise direct transmission mechanism greatly improves the reliability and durability of the instrument, and the transmission mechanism has no vibration, which provides a physical guarantee for improving the test accuracy.

3. It adopts 32-bit ARM high-end single-chip microcomputer control, which has fast operation speed and high operation precision, and adopts specially prepared filtering algorithm to ensure the stability and accuracy of the displayed value.

4. Adopt high-grade 24-bit AD converter from American ADI Company, which has fast conversion speed and more accurate force value acquisition.

5. The improved torsion wire lever structure makes the movement track of the sensor magnetic core as close to a straight line as possible to ensure the linearity of the test.

6. The domestic displacement sensor is used, with good linearity, sensitive output signal and accurate impedance matching, which ensures the repeatability of the test.

7. The instrument has an automatic stop function. When testing the surface tension, it can be set to automatically stop. After the test is completed, the lift table will automatically stop moving and display the tension value.

8. The function of automatically calculating the average value can automatically calculate and display the average value of multiple test results, which reduces the workload and work intensity of the operator.

9. It is displayed on a digital LCD screen, one side displays the real-time value, and the other side displays the test result. It is very convenient to directly read the test results.
