parts include bronze-plated wear plates; self-lubricating bushing;
thrust washer; and bronze-plated shoulder bushings, ejection
bushings, and self-lubricating guided-ejection bushings.
The bronze bushings, which also feature a durable wear surface for
high-production molds, are said to be easy to machine and can be
shaped to virtually any configuration, requiring no special tools.
The wear plates are manufactured with a durable surface for
bronze-plated molds that require slides, cams or flat surfaces
where frictional wear is a factor. The bronze bushings are made of precision-ground bronze with oil grooves and a true bushing
surface that extends their full length. They are said to perform
smoother and longer than plain bronze, as the lubricant is
distributed throughout the bearing surface by the figure-eight oil
groove system.
