How It Works

1. Adjust the worktop to the desired pallet dimensions.

2. Place support elements (blocks/stringers) onto the table, where they are secured by pneumatic clamps.

3. The pneumatic lift raises the pallet base for comfortable nailing.

4. The operator uses suspended nail guns (mounted on overhead rails) to fasten components efficiently.

5. Once assembled, the finished pallet is removed, and the process repeats.
