Polycarbonate greenhouses usually adopt a double-ridge Venlo structure type, with 8 mm high-quality double-layer polycarbonate panels on the top and sides, and a hot-dip galvanized rectangular tube as the frame.

The greenhouse configuration includes natural ventilation system, external shading system, wet curtain/fan cooling system, inverted micro-spray system, lighting system and power distribution system, etc.

Polycarbonate cover has the characteristics of high light transmittance, impact resistance, heat insulation, fire resistance, etc., and is suitable for use in extreme climate conditions.

The light transmittance of polycarbonate can reach more than 85%, and it has good heat insulation performance.

Main structure

The main structure of the greenhouse adopts a light steel structure to bear the load, and the main materials include hot-dip galvanized rectangular columns, truss beams, gutters, surrounding beams, herringbone beams, purlins and longitudinal pull rods. The span of the greenhouse is 9.6 meters/10.8 meters/12 meters.

The foundation adopts an independent point foundation under the column, and the indoor floor is hardened with concrete.
