The IMX415 is a 6.4mm (1/2.8") diagonal CMOS active-pixel solid-state image sensor. It features a square pixel array with an effective pixel count of 8.46 million. The chip is powered by a triple power supply: analog 2.9V, digital 1.1V and interface 1.8V for low power consumption. High sensitivity, low dark current and no smear are achieved by using a mosaic filter of the three primary colors R, G, B. The rich pixel size of 1.45 microns square, combined with the latest pixel technology, low noise capability and improved low-light performance, makes it an ideal choice for high-end 4k security cameras. The image sensor is ideal for security cameras in a variety of surveillance applications, such as anti-theft, disaster alarm and traffic monitoring systems or commercial complexes.
