DM8000 Multi-element test analyzer
Description:
The DM8000 multi-element analyzer (dispersive type) is an analytical instrument that has been developed by our company based on decades of research experience in X-ray fluorescence analysis. It is a product that has reached the international advanced level and is derived from the company's original DM series X-ray fluorescence calcium-iron analyzer, sulfur analyzer, aluminum-silicon analyzer, and multi-element analyzer. It adopts the simultaneous (or multi-channel) wavelength dispersive X-ray fluorescence (WDXRF) analysis technology, allowing all channels to simultaneously measure any ten elements ranging from Na to U. For most elements, its measurement range can be as low as ppm and as high as 100%. It features fast analysis speed, high accuracy, low human error, low operator labor intensity, only requiring a one-time investment, and no pollution. Therefore, it is widely used in various industries such as building materials, metallurgy, petroleum, chemical industry, geology, mining, etc.
The key components of the DM8000 multi-element analyzer (dispersive type) adopt imported products. For instance, the X-ray tube uses a 400W thin beryllium window X-ray tube produced by Varian Company, and the detectors for light elements such as Na and Mg use 0.6μm ultra-thin polyester windows produced by Moxtek Company. The temperature control accuracy of the constant temperature chamber is less than 0.1℃, the gas flow system uses a high-precision gas flow density stabilization device, and the pressure stability is less than 3Pa. It also has a sample spin device to eliminate measurement errors caused by sample non-uniformity. Thus, this analyzer has extremely high precision and accuracy, reaching the international advanced level. Application
