PGLE-N Built-in Power Supply Version Plant Lamp Solves Several
Industry Pain Points
1. Power display solves the problem of being unable to detect the
power of each lamp in multiple batch plantings. The built-in AI
chip combined with software algorithms can correct the actual power
to ensure that the deviation of the luminaire power is within ±5W.
Through long-term use, the product power can be further corrected
to a maximum of ±1W. The longer the use, the more accurate the
power, and it can be monitored. Currently, many products on the
market do not know if the power of each lamp is consistent when
multiple lamps are connected. Theoretically, by connecting lamps
with consistent power through dimming signals, dozens or even
hundreds of lamps can be controlled under one controller.
2. The luminaire control adopts an external control priority
design, where external dimming lines take precedence when
controlled, rendering touch settings ineffective.
3. Touch dimming solves the waterproof problem in the controller
area. Products on the market cannot achieve a true IP65 waterproof
level through knob dimming.
4. The built-in power supply design conducts heat from the entire
frame power to the glue. Due to the large heat dissipation area,
the power supply temperature is about 20° lower than that of power
supplies on the market. For every 10° decrease in temperature, the
lifespan of the power supply doubles. The power supply lifespan
theoretically triples that of power supplies on the market.
5. The DC end connector to the light board uses a rubber ring for
waterproofing and employs a double-pin with one polarity to avoid
overheating and burning out the connector due to high current. If
one fails, the other pin can fully meet the current passing through
the product. Additionally, each light bar has a ground socket, with
all 8 light bars grounded through connectors, ensuring product
electrical safety. Many products on the market easily loosen
connector screws after a period of use, causing sparks and burning
out the connector, making it irreparable.
6. The DC end port of each light bar comes directly from the power
port, without complicated wiring. Combined with our tool-free
sliding light bar installation, it is very quick to replace light
