Working principle:
The sludge enters the dynamic mixer through the delivery pump, and after being mixed with the anionic (cationic) ion flocculant solution with a concentration of 0.05-0.1% and fully reacting, the tiny solid particles (or suspended matter) in the slag (mud) slurry are aggregated into larger flocculent masses, and the bound water and surface water between the materials are separated into free water. When the material is transported and spread on the filter screen of the extended gravity pre-dehydration area (or on the sludge dehydrator), the free water seeps out and separates through the back of the filter screen under the action of gravity, forming sludge in a non-flowing state, reaching the pressure conditions implemented in the squeezing dehydration area. The filter belt is clamped between the upper and lower mesh belts as it moves, and passes through the filter belt with adjustable tension and the rotating and pressing rollers with gradually decreasing diameters, and implements a continuously increasing and slowly increasing squeezing and shearing force. The moisture in the slag (mud) slurry is squeezed out by the shaping zone, low-pressure zone, medium-pressure zone, high-pressure zone and silver squeezing zone in a step-by-step pressurization manner, and finally forms a filter cake with a low moisture content and is discharged. It is scraped off by the scraper plate, and the upper and lower filter belts are separated. The trace particles in the pores on the surface of the filter are removed by high-pressure flushing water and a roller brush, and then continue to enter the next dehydration cycle.
