Quad tubing coild Ram Blow Out Preventer Introduction
4 1/16 5KSI quad BOP assembly H2S service, forged steel body ,Internal coating to prevent corrosion, “VEE-PAC” and o-ring sealed RAM shafts, balanced piston actuators with indicator windows and manual locks, internal plumbed hydraulics, flanged single point equalizing valves on sealing rams,BX-152 studded side outlet with BX-152 X2’’ fig 1502 thread half flange adapter, BX-154 studded flange on TOP& BX-154 open flange on bottom, dressed with bland rams on top, shear rams, slip rams and pipe seal rams on bottom, all seals HSN.
Single Ram Blow Out Preventer is shut in the well for oil testing, workover, well completion and operating process to prevent the blowout accident, totally enclosed and semi-closed two functions into one, has a simple structure, easy to operate, resistant to high-pressure characteristics is used to prevent blowouts safety oilfield sealing wellhead.
