Energy saving
Under full load, hybrid permanent motor can supply the maximum air output under the minimum energy consumption. When the loadrate is lower than 20%, it can still guarantee the efficiency.
Hybrid permanent magnet motor always stays as much as 95% of running eficiency within the scope of the whole gas regulating speed. Saving electricity which is wasted by bandwidth control pressure. In order to avoid frequent startup caused by the machine and powergrid impact, the stationary compressor must set up a minimum of 1 bar pressure rangethe minimum and maximum pressure of air compressor , the control of the machine needs a pressure to gradient when some of the machines are used together, the pressure of the system will be wider. JM series are of variable frequency control, can start and stop with unlimited times, so no need to set the pressure range. lt only needs to set a pressure point, every saving of 0.14 bar pressure range, it wil save energy consumption by 5-7% for the whole system.
JM series double screw motor with its continuous optimization of rotor type line and internal structure, provides industry leading level specific power. The energy eficiency of the machine is above the first level of energy efficiency of the national standard.

The connecting parts of hybrid permanent magnet motor are much less than that of other equivalent compressors, is direct driven by hybrid permanent motor. When air compressor is running, there no consider about the attrition of the gear, pulley, belt, coupling, shaft seal and themoving parts.
