Product Details:

High rigidity cast iron: The cast iron of this machine is made of HT300 cast iron produced by related enterprises, and it is specially (annealed) and (natural seasonal) to eliminate internal stress and enhance the high rigid structure.

High precision through shaft type dynamic and static spindle: The main shaft adopts precision dynamic and static pressure spindle, the nose end swing is less than 2μ, the closed oil film lubrication, and the temperature rise is small, the dust resistance is good, the maintenance is easy and can be used for a long time.

Linear slide: The table adopts flat V slide rail design, and the slide surface is manually scraped by the old technology (scraping technology), and the precision scraping operation ensures light movement and long-term accuracy stability.

Move and drive systems: The X axis and Z axis are driven by grinding precision ball screw, and the drive motors are servo motors, with large space for stable transmission and speed regulation, which is conducive to different processing technologies.

Magnetic table: For the company's own production, my company's magnetic table has nearly 20 years of production experience, through special processing to ensure the magnetic and precision stability of the table.
